The DD is oversees all fundraising activities of SMGW including strategic fundraising planning (10%); individual giving campaigns, sponsorship and major gift solicitation (40%), grant-writing (40%) and event-related planning (10%). With the ED, the DD cultivates, engages and recognizes individual and institutional donors as well as partner organizations.
