Basics for Transitional Ministry
The Interim Ministry Network

The IMN Basic Transitional Ministry Program is the product of 24 years of experience and state-of-the-art innovation.

In three phases completed over six months, students learn to identify the unique dynamics of a congregation as a human system. Students develop understanding of concepts relevant to guiding transitions and the leadership skills necessary to effect specific changes in a n ever-changing world.

•  to enhance your general understanding of a congregation as a sociological and ecclesiological system
•  to understand specific leadership concepts inherent in transitional ministry
•  to identify distinct dimensions of self understanding needed for transitional leadership
•  to develop leadership skills basic to the practice of effective transitional ministry
