ENVIRONMENT
The Environment Committee members share a concern about the cataclysmic global impacts of human activities on the natural environment, and a vision that celebrates the hope for the restoration of God's Creation. The mission of the Committee is to help church members (1) discern, from both a spiritual and a scientific point of view, the imperative of caring for the environment, the theology of environmental protection, and the human role in the Creation, and (2) take actions to improve the human condition and the natural environment of God's Creation.

As a Diocesan endeavor we are currently in partnership with two major efforts to care for God's creation that effect the health of people and communities, locally and globally. The partnerships are:
