I compile, edit and produce the annual Journal
and Directory; work with respective chairs to plan, develop, research
and manage the work of Diocesan Council, Committee on the Constitution and Canons, and Resolutions
Committee, and work on implementing resultant policies and procedures;
work with Regional Conveners to plan and manage Regional Assemblies
and special meetings; work with missions applying for parish status;
respond to questions
concerning canons or parish bylaws; coordinate and oversee parochial
reports; compile and prepare various diocesan reports for the National
Church; perform research projects for Council, Bishop, staff, members
of the Diocese; and maintain statistical information. I also update
diocesan information in the Episcopal Church Annual; and maintain
governance archives (Council minutes and paperwork,
all Diocesan and General Convention Journals and parish bounds).
