The Episcopal Church Women’s Office represents
all the women of the Diocese of Washington. ECW is the recipient
for donations for United Thank Offering, Church Periodical Club
– both national organizations that supply help in the Anglican
Communion throughout the world. This office also manages the Memorial
Scholarship Fund which receives donations in memory of deceased
women and awarded to women seeking post graduate degrees in various
ministries. During Flower Mart weekend, ECW sponsors a “Bake
Booth” where baked goods, collected from various parishes,
are sold. All monies are donated to All Hallows Guild, an organization
that maintains the Cathedral grounds.
