I provide management oversight of diocesan owned
property, including missions and Church House. I protect all diocesan
assets and Trust Funds, coordinate with realtors on real estate
property disposal, assist congregations with maintenance and restoration
of property, and provide advice on liability issues.
My responsibilities as Benefits Manager encompass
overall management of diocesan Health and Life Insurance plans,
clergy and lay pensions, and retirement plans. I plan, develop and
manage meetings with the Chairs of the Committee on Church Architecture,
the Health and Life Insurance Committee and the Investment Committee.
I supervise and work closely with the IT Administrator in the overall
technology initiative of the diocese and ascertaining technical
solutions for business challenges.
