Diocesan Consultants Network
Members of the network extend the ministry of the bishop in specialized service to the congregations of the diocese. The ministries they offer include facilitating vestry retreats, leading strategic planning processes, assisting with Mutual Ministry Review, leadership development, Myers-Briggs Type Indicator, transition counseling, appreciative inquiring and vision development, team building, conflict management, mediation, training design and delivery, coaching, clergy/vestry relations and effective meeting planning.
