There is some content that was on the old website I cannot find on this site. What heppened to it??
If you cannot find it, the most likely answer is that the content was out of date and we no longer have the staff resources at the diocese to provide support for it. Some specific items and continuing resources are included below:

• Search for Episcopal Clergy
• Maryland Episcopal License Plate
• Wardens and Property Management (discontinued until updated content is available)

We are working on making some archived content available from the old site and will post announcements about this in Church House News as it goes online. If you have particular questions, comments or feedback on the site, please use the Web Site Feedback Response form.

 

The site search feature is not showing the expected results
The site search still contains some items indexed from the old website. We are working to completely refresh the site search cache so that all results are current and from the new website.

 

What happened to the Spirituality section on the edow website?
This section was very out of date on the old site. We have redesigned it and combined content and links to daily prayers, offices, and liturgies in the new Liturgies and Prayers section.

 

What is the RSS link at the top and how can I use the RSS feed from this website?
RSS (or really simple syndication) is a feed of information on the web from a source that is frequently updated. The edow.org site has an RSS feed for news stories. You can follow this feed using an RSS reader or the feed can also be displayed as a news source on a website.

 

I would like to make a donation online, how do I do that?
Please click on the Donate Online link at the top of the page and click on any of the Donate Now links there to go to the pledge and donation form. 

 

I am having trouble opening a PDF document. What do i do?
Please visit the Adobe site and download the latest Adobe Acrobat Reader software

 

Where is the website editor?
The website editor (sitebox) previously available at edow.org/sitebox is unavailable as the new edow.org site is hosted in a new system and on a different server. A site editor can now be installed on any edow hosted domain upon request. Please email to request a site editor to be installed. The login to this site editor will typically be the same as it was for sitebox.
