Diocesan Cookbook

The Diocesan Cookbook is now available!

We will be asking for a $20 donation, plus shipping & handling, for which you receive a cookbook as a gift.  Donation/requests can be made online. Click here or on the picture below to order your copy(ies).

Proceeds from of the cookbook will go to the diocesan Hunger Fund, which makes grants to feeding programs in all areas of the Diocese of Washington (the District of Columbia and the Maryland counties of Montgomery, Prince George’s, Charles and St. Mary’s).

Your donation directly helps to support the diocesan Hunger Fund that provides grants to feeding programs for the homeless in the Diocese of Washington. For tax reporting purposes, the Episcopal Diocese of Washington is classified as an exempt organization under section 501(c)(3) of the IRS code. We estimate the value of the Cookbook to be $8.00. We are required to inform you that your federal income tax deduction for your contribution is the amount of your contribution less the value of the book, so your charitable contribution is $12.00 per book to the extent permitted by law.
