This document is provided to supply information on all matters related to transition ministry from the time a priest first meets with me to discuss his or her thoughts concerning retirement, or the acceptance of a new call, through the first two years of a new ministry. You will find a number of changes in practice here so I want to emphasize that these new practices are NOT intended to disparage in any way previous or current practice that differs. This simply reflects the practices we intend to follow, going forward, based on our previous three years of experience.
