UTO Grant Applications are available in the ECW office after October 1 of each year and are due on the second Friday in December of the same year. UTO Grants are given to programs that address compelling human need and/or expand mission and ministry. Some grants fund new work, or enable a new phase of work or expansion of existing work. UTO grants give special attention to disadvantaged persons, places, and organizations that are part of provincial or diocesan planned mission strategy and which UTO participation is clearly identifiable.
