Policy Statement
The St. Anna's Home Fund Corporation was
formed for charitable and benevolent purposes, and in carrying out and
promoting such purposes it shall have the authority to under the laws
of the State
"... to provide for elderly and
handicapped persons on a non-profit basis housing facilities and services
especially designed to meet their physical, social, and psychological
needs, and to promote their health, security, happiness, usefulness,
and longer life."

Criteria for Evaluation of Grant Requests
Under the terms
of the endowment, requests are preferred that:
- Are primarily for the support of housing for the
elderly
- Result in enriched services to minorities
- Provide seed money for new programs that attract
permanent funding
Terms Under
Which Grants Will Be Made
- The Board will meet once each year, in October, to
make awards for the following year.
- Grants will normally be for one year.
- Payments will be made quarterly,
with the first installment being paid in January of the grant year.
- A brief written report on the use of grant monies
will be required at the end of the grant year.
