Bishop's Visitation Questionnaire
An online form that includes details of plans for worship activities when a bishop visits a congregation. This form should be completed by the Rector or Vicar of the congregation.

Confirmation Report Form  [pdf]
This form should be completed and returned by the congregation after the visitation confirming how many were confirmed received or reaffirmed together with their names and religious affiliation if applicable. Data from this form is included and published in the annual diocesan Journal.

Cycle of Prayer
The diocesan cycle of prayer is published annually and incorporates the Anglican Cycle of Prayer into a calendar of prayers for all congregations, organizations, and other groups in the Diocese of Washington.

Prayers of the People: General Intercessions for Sundays and feasts
Created by Ormonde Plater, Archdeacon of the Diocese of Louisiana . These intercessions are based on the calendar used in the Episcopal Church and several other liturgical churches.

AMERICAN GUILD OF ORGANISTS (top)
The American Guild of Organists (AGO) is the national professional association serving the organ and choral music fields. The Guild serves approximately 20,000 members in 348 chapters throughout the United States, and in Europe, Korea and Argentina.

ASSOCIATED PARISHES FOR LITURGY AND MISSION (top)
The Associated Parishes for Liturgy and Mission was founded in 1946 by John Patterson, Massey Shepherd, Samuel E. West, and John H. Keene. They and other priests began to use their parishes as laboratories for the liturgical movement in the Episcopal Church. Their first goal was to restore the eucharist as the main service on Sunday. Since the adoption of the 1979 Book of Common Prayer , APLM has broadened its activities to include the renewal of the diaconate and the catechumenate, and the use of inclusive language. It has continued to publish brochures on matters of worship and the quarterly journal Open.

ASSOCIATION OF ANGLICAN MUSICIANS (top)

DIOCESAN ALTAR GUILD BOARD (top)
The Diocesan Altar Guild was founded to provide a way for the parish altar guilds of the diocese to share the blessings and responsibilities of altar guild ministry with each other. Members of the Guild gather for workshops and meetings to share and explore mutual needs and interests.

NORTH AMERICAN ASSOCIATION FOR THE CATECHUMENATE (top)
North American Association for the Catechumenate is an ecumenical organization which provides training and support for churches engaged in the process of baptismal conversion and making Christian disciples.
