Sheep (Mexico)
This figure is from a vivid carved wooden nacimiento made in Oaxaca and decorated with
magic markers! This amazing hot pink sheep is decorated to evoke the texture of fleece
and has a long straight tail. Its yellow face with black dots seems to be smiling. The long sculpted legs were carved separately and tacked in with three tiny nails on each leg.
