Wise Men

This ceramic crèche is
unique in that it depicts four kings - three riding camels with wire legs and
one standing. In the region in which this set was made, it is believed that
there were four kings. The Bible itself never mentions the number of
kings, but a long tradition has established the usual number of three, one
for each gift of gold, frankincense and myrrh.
