	FIRST STATION Jesus is condemned to death We adore you, O Christ, and we bless you. Because by your Holy Cross you have redeemed the world. Almighty God, who's most dear Son went not up to joy but first he suffered pain, and entered not into glory before he was crucified: Mercifully grant that we, walking in the way of the cross, do not cause more suffering to one another and the creation but find the paths of true justice and righteousness. Amen.
