The Registration Form

• Register Online Now! ... It's the only way to register so don't miss out!

Online Registration Instructions:

• Complete Section A and then continue to section B.
• Complete Section B for your first participant.
• Click “yes” when asked if you would like to register another person at the bottom of the page (for each registrant you must select a congregation but nothing else in section A. You only have to fill out the other information that first time).
• When every participant from your parish is registered, click “Complete Registration”.
• Print online registration receipt 2X – once for your records, and once to send with the parish registration packet.
• Check your email for a registration confirmation email. If you don’t get a confirmation email, call Sheryl Wilcox at (202) 537-6557.
• Please note that to add another person to your group you will have to call us, cancel the first registration, and re-register. The software program does not allow us to add individuals to a group once you complete registration.

The Registration Cost

• $38 includes ncludes pizza, snacks, breakfast, and a surprise give-away. Please note that the fee is non-refundable.

The Schedule

• 6:30 p.m.   Registration opens
• 7:30 p.m.   Program begins
  Games, theme presentation & discussion, worship, music, exploring the Cathedral
• Midnight   Tower Climbs begin (Optional)
• 1:00 a.m.   Quiet in the Nave
  Movies, games, snacks, etc. on the 7th Floor & in the Crypt
• 7:10 a.m.   Wake-up & Breakfast

The Fine Print

• Each parish is limited to bringing 15 youth and 3 adults. Let us know if you have a waiting list—if we have spaces left over we will allot them by lottery.
• Space is limited and first-come/first-served, so please register on time or early. Last year we had to turn people away (i.e. register early). We will probably still meet capacity before October 30th, even with the per parish limit. (i.e. register early).
• You must register online. This is the only way to register for the Cathedral Lock-In.
• What to Bring: Sleeping Bag, Pillow, PJ's, Toiletries, Flashlight
• What Not to Bring: iPod/MP3 players, video games, cell phones, other electronic entertainment, aAlcohol, drugs, weapons, fireworks

The Paperwork

• While registration is online, we do need to have signatures on file, so ... Registration packets must be received by the Youth Ministry office by Wednesday, November 4.
• A complete regsitration packet includes:
  • Online registration receipt
  • Parish Registration Form
  • Registration Form and Community Covenant (1 per youth and adult; make as many copies as needed)
  • Total registration fee ($38 times the total number of youth and adults)
