Caring for Creation and the COVID Pandemic with Canon Rachel Mash

April 14th, 2021

Starts at 12:00 pm, ends at 1:00 pm

Join members of the Southern Africa Link Committee as they host The Rev. Canon Dr. Rachel Mash, Environmental Coordinator for the Anglican Church of Southern Africa (ACSA).

Rachel will address the topic "Caring for Creation and the COVID Pandemic."

Rachel is part of the Green Anglican Movement in the ACSA. She is also active internationally in the Christian and interfaith dialogue relating to the care of God's creation.

The Southern Africa Link Committee has invited Rachel to join them as part of a series of conversations with church leaders in the Anglican Church of Southern Africa in memory of the late Rt. Rev. Ellinah Wamukoya, the former Bishop of the Diocese of Swaziland, and the late Kitty Hempstone of the EDOW.  Both were instrumental in fostering closer links between the ACSA and the EDOW.
