Counselors and Support Staff Application

Camp Counselors

Camp Counselors are the primary caregivers for each camper. Assist in the direction, supervision, and organization of campers in their living unit, within activities and throughout the camp in order to meet the intended camper outcomes.
Certification: Safe Church Training, First Aid and CPR
Compensation: $125 (depending on years of service) + Room and Board + First and CPR

Program Director

Program Director plans and works with camp director for programmatic programs. Assist to further the mission of the camp through the planning and delivery of program activities and events. Design and deliver program activities that are safe, fun, and appropriate to the campers’ age and abilities. Assist in the management of the overall camp operation at the direction of the camp director.
Certification: First Aid and CPR + Safe Church Training
Compensation: $200 (depending on years of service)+ Room/Board + First Aid/CPR

Camp Chaplain

Camp Chaplain is responsible for leadership of Christian education focus of the camp program and camp activities. Responsible for the spiritual well-being for campers
Certification: First Aid and CPR + Safe Church Training

Arts and Crafts Director

Arts and Crafts Director Develops and deliver an arts and crafts program that is appropriate for the age and ability of the campers.
Certification: First Aid and CPR + Safe Church Training

 Worship Leader

Worship Leader oversee and manage Chapel Spaces with Staff Chaplain.Duties include but are not limited to recruit and lead worship team, plan and facilitate chapel services with Staff Chaplain and Camp Chaplain.

Camp Nurse

Camp Nurse Under the direction of the Health Care Manager, assist in providing health care and first aid services to meet the needs of camp staff and campers. Provides health care to meet individual needs of camp staff and campers.
Certification: First Aid and CPR + Safe Church Training + License (RN, Nurse Practitioner or MD in the state of Maryland)
