When we gather, we do our best to engage a changing culture with an enduring Christian tradition and faith in Jesus Christ. We pray following the Book of Common Prayer, celebrate communion and share conversation and meals together. Join us!

Who We are

Carolyn Seaton leads our American University community. Carolyn Seaton, the American University Episcopal-Anglican Chaplain since 2002, leads weekly Episcopal worship, creates opportunities for community-building with food and conversation, and provides support to students, faculty, and staff around issues such as transition to college life, spiritual quests, and academic stress. She provides pastoral guidance, often informally, over coffee or lunch. She collaborates with other chaplains at AU's Kay Spiritual Life Center as well as the AU Counseling Center and other services of the Office of Campus Life. Email | 301-602-6631
